Who is the platform for?
The platform is for Sri Lankan school students, local Hashini Herath Music students, O/L Western Music learners, graded exam students, and local online-course buyers.
Are lessons suitable for beginners?
Yes. Beginner pathways are planned for piano, music theory, singing, composition, and related local music foundations.
Can students prepare for graded examinations?
Yes. The platform can support preparation for ABRSM, LCM, Trinity College London, and Sri Lankan school Western Music examinations where relevant.
Are certificates issued?
No. Hashini Herath Music does not issue its own certificates. Official awards and qualifications come from the relevant examination body or school.
Can parents track student progress?
Parent-linked progress access is being prepared. It should be treated as an initial feature until a full parent portal is published.
Are lessons live or recorded?
Courses may include recorded, self-paced, guided, or live/hybrid support depending on the course. Each course page labels the format clearly.
Is this where courses hosted elsewhere are accessed?
No. This LMS is for Sri Lankan and locally delivered Hashini Herath Music learning programmes.
What devices are supported?
The learning hub is designed for modern phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop browsers.
How does teacher feedback work?
Teacher feedback is provided according to the support level included with each course. It does not include unlimited private messaging or unlimited one-to-one lessons.
What happens after account creation?
Students can choose a course, set a learning goal, and access the dashboard. Course access depends on enrolment or purchase status.
